Why we're building this — honestly

Every CRE pro on Reddit will tell you AI can't actually verify a COI — that the language varies too much between carriers, that any vendor selling an "AI-native COI tool" is lying. They're right about every product that exists today. We've read the same threads.

We're building the version that actually works, and we're benchmarking it on 1,000+ real carrier PDFs from Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Chubb, AmTrust, Berkley, Markel, Zurich, and the rest before we let anyone use it. We'd rather start with 8 customers we onboard personally than launch into a vacuum and have nothing to show for the first 12 months.

Founding members get the verdict on every COI either way: when our model is confident, you get an instant answer; when it's not, a human reviewer (the founder, in week 1) takes over. Same SLA, different mechanism, until the model gets there. Then we ship product UI and graduate.

We're a subsidiary of Intrinsic Labs. You can read our full pitch in the comparison guide and see who we're competing against.

Frequently asked

Why are you running a founding cohort instead of just launching?

We're not shipping a product anyone can use until we know it actually verifies real COIs at 95%+ accuracy on the long tail of carrier-custom forms. The way to know that is to do it for a small group of real customers manually and instrument every miss. The founding cohort is that group.

What does a founding member actually get?

Locked-in 50% pricing for 24 months from the public launch date. Direct line to the founder via Slack and email. Concierge COI verification while we harden the product — drop a PDF in your private channel, get a verdict back the same day. Roadmap influence — you tell us what to build, we build it. A named-customer slot in our launch announcement (opt-in).

What's the catch?

We expect a 30-min onboarding call up front and a 15-min check-in once a month for the 3-month program. That's the only formal commitment. No equity, no exclusivity clauses, no penalties for leaving — you can cancel any time. The Common Paper standard design partner agreement we use is on a 30-day termination from either side.

When does the actual product launch?

Public launch is targeted for Q3 2026. The founding cohort program starts now (May 2026) — we onboard you in concierge mode, you start verifying COIs through us in week 1, and we ship product UI as patterns stabilize.

How much does the founding tier cost?

Solo $50/mo (vs. public $99). Team $150/mo (vs. $299). Pro $400/mo (vs. $799). Locked for 24 months from public launch. Pick your tier on the call after we confirm the fit.

Are you for real? I've been told 'AI can't do this' for years.

We've been told that too — that quote is in our research notes. The honest answer: extraction on standard ACORD 25 forms is solved; the long tail of carrier-custom variants is hard. We're benchmarking on 1,000+ real carrier PDFs (Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Chubb, AmTrust, Berkley, Markel, Zurich, etc.) and we won't open the public tier until we hit 95% field-level accuracy. Founding members get the verdict either way — when our model isn't sure, a human reviewer takes over.

I'm not on the call list yet. How do I apply?
